Art. 152 General measures to protect victims
1 The criminal justice authorities shall safeguard the personal privacy of the victim at every stage of the proceedings. 2 The victim may be accompanied at all procedural hearings by a confidant in addition to his or her legal agent. 3 The criminal justice authorities shall ensure that the victim does not encounter the accused if the victim so requests. In such a case, they shall take account of the accused's right to a fair hearing in some other way. In particular, they may question the victim while applying protective measures in accordance with Article 149 paragraph 2 letters b and d. 4 A confrontation hearing may be ordered if:
