Art. 21 Court of appeal

1 The court of ap­peal de­cides on:

a.
ap­peals against judg­ments of the courts of first in­stance;
b.
ap­plic­a­tions for the re­view of a case.

2 Any per­son who has ac­ted as a mem­ber of the ob­jec­tions court may not sit as a mem­ber of the court of ap­peal in the same case.

3 Any per­son who has ac­ted as a mem­ber of the court of ap­peal in a spe­cif­ic case may not act as a judge re­view­ing the same case.
