Art. 251a Alcohol breath test, blood and urine test 125

In or­der to es­tab­lish fit­ness to drive, the po­lice may:

a.
con­duct an al­co­hol breath test;
b.
take a blood sample and or­der its ana­lys­is in cases in which fed­er­al law pre­scribes a blood test;
c.
or­der the tak­ing and ana­lys­is of a ur­ine sample.
