Art. 288 Cover and guarantee of anonymity

1 The po­lice shall provide un­der­cov­er in­vest­ig­at­ors with a cov­er.223

2 The pub­lic pro­sec­utor may guar­an­tee to un­der­cov­er in­vest­ig­at­ors that their true iden­tity will not be re­vealed even if they ap­pear in court pro­ceed­ings as a per­son provid­ing in­form­a­tion or as a wit­ness.224
