Art. 78a Transcripts of recordings of examination hearings 32

If an ex­am­in­a­tion hear­ing is re­cor­ded us­ing tech­nic­al aids, the fol­low­ing derog­a­tions from the gen­er­al rules (Art. 78) ap­ply:

a.
In­stead of mak­ing a con­tinu­ous writ­ten tran­script of the ex­am­in­a­tion, the tran­script may be made after the ex­am­in­a­tion based on the re­cord­ing, but in prin­ciple with­in sev­en days of the ex­am­in­a­tion.
b.
The ex­amin­ing au­thor­ity may dis­pense with read­ing the tran­script back to the per­son ex­amined and or giv­ing that per­son the tran­script to read and sign.
c.
The re­cord­ings of the ex­am­in­a­tion shall be placed in the case files im­me­di­ately.
