Art. 395 Court for Article 393 appeals with a panel of judges

If the court for Art­icle 393 ap­peals is a court with a pan­el of judges, the dir­ect­or of pro­ceed­ings shall de­cide on the ap­peal alone if it has the fol­low­ing sub­ject mat­ter:

a.
con­tra­ven­tions only;
b.
the fin­an­cial con­sequences of a de­cision where the amount in dis­pute is no more than 5000 francs.
