¹ Ap­plic­a­tions for the re­view of a case must be sub­mit­ted to the court for Art­icle 398 ap­peals in writ­ing and in­clude a state­ment of the grounds. The ap­plic­a­tion must in­dic­ate and sub­stan­ti­ate the grounds for the re­view.

² Ap­plic­a­tions in terms of Art­icle 410 para­graph 1 let­ter b and 2 must be filed with­in 90 days of re­ceiv­ing no­tice of the de­cision con­cerned. In oth­er cases, ap­plic­a­tions for the re­view of a case are not sub­ject to a time lim­it.
