Art. 154 Exchange of information

1 The FOPH shall in­form the can­tons con­cerned as to pos­sible ra­di­olo­gic­al legacies.

2 The can­tons shall in­form the FOPH of planned stud­ies, mon­it­or­ing meas­ures and re­medi­ations of con­tam­in­ated sites if there is an in­creased like­li­hood that ra­di­olo­gic­al legacies are present. This is the case in par­tic­u­lar if ra­di­um-con­tain­ing lu­min­ous paint was used by in­dustry.
