Art. 155 Radon reference level

1 The radon ref­er­ence level is the radon gas con­cen­tra­tion which, if ex­ceeded, re­quires meas­ures to be taken in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 166.

2 For the an­nu­al av­er­age radon gas con­cen­tra­tion in rooms where per­sons are reg­u­larly present for sev­er­al hours per day, a radon ref­er­ence level of 300 Bq/m3 ap­plies. This is without pre­ju­dice to the pro­vi­sions of Art­icle 156.
