Art. 171

The FOPH shall pre­pare the long-term fed­er­al and can­ton­al meas­ures for the man­age­ment of ef­fects after the trans­ition from an emer­gency ex­pos­ure situ­ation to an ex­ist­ing ex­pos­ure situ­ation in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 141.
