Art. 174 Training

1 Per­sons spe­cified in Art­icle 172 para­graph 1 let­ters b–d who work in the med­ic­al, in­dus­tri­al and nuc­le­ar en­ergy sec­tors re­quire re­cog­nised ra­di­olo­gic­al pro­tec­tion train­ing in­clud­ing an ex­am­in­a­tion.

2The FDHA, in con­sulta­tion with EN­SI and the DDPS, shall de­term­ine which per­sons re­quire what train­ing.

3 The FDHA, in con­sulta­tion with EN­SI and the DDPS, shall spe­cify wheth­er the train­ing for per­sons spe­cified in Art­icle 172 para­graph 1 let­ters a and e re­quires re­cog­ni­tion.
