Art. 188 Cooperation duties

1 All in­form­a­tion must be provided and all devices, art­icles and doc­u­ments re­quired for in­spec­tions must be made avail­able, at no cost, to the FOPH, Suva and EN­SI.

2 They must be gran­ted ac­cess to in­stall­a­tions, equip­ment and areas, in­so­far as this is ne­ces­sary for con­duct­ing in­spec­tions.
