Art. 36Involvement of medical physicists
1 The licence holder must:
a.
closely involve a medical physicist in therapeutic practices, with the exception of standardised nuclear medicine practices;
b.
involve a medical physicist in standardised nuclear medicine practices, in computed tomography, in interventional radiology practices and in fluoroscopy in the medium- and high-dose range;
c.
if so requested by the supervisory authority, involve a medical physicist in practices of technologically complex examinations or new examination techniques in the low- and medium-dose range.
2 For therapeutic procedures, the FDHA may specify the level of involvement of medical physicists.
