Art. 137 Reporting duty

The FOPH shall re­port an emer­gency to the World Health Or­gan­iz­a­tion (WHO) in ac­cord­ance with the In­ter­na­tion­al Health Reg­u­la­tions (2005) ad­op­ted on 23 May 200548.
