Art. 149

Ra­di­olo­gic­al legacies means:

a.
art­icles from past activ­it­ies con­tain­ing ra­di­o­nuc­lides which would be clas­si­fied as ra­dio­act­ive ma­ter­i­al un­der this Or­din­ance;
b.
art­icles whose type li­cence for gen­er­al or re­stric­ted use in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 29 let­ter c of the RPA has ex­pired and is not re­newed;
c.
prop­er­ties con­tam­in­ated from past activ­it­ies where the re­quire­ments spe­cified in this Or­din­ance are not met.
