Art. 13 Authorisation and reporting requirement 18

1 Au­thor­isa­tion is re­quired for com­mer­cial trad­ing in an­im­als and the use of live an­im­als for ad­vert­ising pur­poses.

2 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may re­quire supra-re­gion­al events in­volving an­im­als to be re­por­ted or au­thor­ised.
