Art. 25 Public authority appeal 33

1 The FS­VO may lodge a form­al ap­peal un­der can­ton­al and fed­er­al law against rul­ings is­sued by can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies with re­gard to an­im­al ex­per­i­ments.

2 The can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies must im­me­di­ately in­form the FS­VO of their de­cisions.
