Art. 32a International cooperation 59

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil may con­clude in­ter­na­tion­al treat­ies re­lat­ing to train­ing, the per­form­ance of in­spec­tions and the ex­change of in­form­a­tion re­lat­ing to an­im­al wel­fare.
