Art. 42 Cantonal regulations

1 If this Act re­quires sup­ple­ment­a­tion by can­ton­al law for the pur­poses of im­ple­ment­a­tion, the can­tons are ob­liged to draw up the rel­ev­ant reg­u­la­tions.

2 The can­tons shall no­ti­fy the Fed­er­al De­part­ment of Home Af­fairs of the im­ple­ment­ing reg­u­la­tions.
