Art. 74

1Ap­peals against de­cisions of the su­per­vis­ory au­thor­ity and the Ar­bit­ra­tion Com­mis­sion may be brought be­fore the Fed­er­al Ad­min­is­trat­ive Court.

2Ap­peals against de­cisions by the Ar­bit­ra­tion Com­mis­sion only have sus­pens­ive ef­fect if the in­struct­ing judge of the Fed­er­al Ad­min­is­trat­ive Court so or­ders ex of­fi­cio or in re­sponse to an ap­plic­a­tion by a party.
