Art. 77g Costs 100

1 The de­struc­tion of the goods is car­ried out at the ex­pense of the ap­plic­ant.

2 The costs for col­lect­ing and safe­keep­ing samples un­der Art­icle 77e are de­cided by the court in con­nec­tion with the as­sess­ment of claims for dam­ages in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 77f para­graph 1.
