Art. 79 Repeal of federal legislation

The fol­low­ing are re­pealed:

a.
the Fed­er­al Act of 7 Decem­ber 1922103 on Copy­right in Lit­er­ary and Artist­ic Works;
b.
the Fed­er­al Act of 25 Septem­ber 1940104 on the Col­lec­tion of Copy­right Roy­al­ties.
