Art. 73 Prosecution

1 Pro­sec­u­tion is the re­spons­ib­il­ity of the can­tons.

2 Of­fences un­der Art­icle 70 are pro­sec­uted and judged by the IPI in ac­cord­ance with the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 197483 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law.
