Art. 75 Notification of suspicious goods 89

1 The Fed­er­al Of­fice for Cus­toms and Bor­der Se­cur­ity (FO­CBS) is au­thor­ised to no­ti­fy the own­ers of copy­right or re­lated rights as well as the au­thor­ised col­lect­ive rights man­age­ment or­gan­isa­tions if there is any sus­pi­cion that goods the dis­tri­bu­tion of which would vi­ol­ate le­gis­la­tion ap­plic­able in Switzer­land on copy­right or re­lated rights may be im­por­ted, ex­por­ted or car­ried in trans­it.90

2 In such cases, the FO­CBS91 is au­thor­ised to with­hold the goods for three work­ing days in or­der that the per­sons en­titled may file an ap­plic­a­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 76 para­graph 1.
