Art. 22 Language of submissions

1The con­tract­ing au­thor­ity shall ac­cept tenders, re­quests to par­ti­cip­ate, ap­plic­a­tions for in­clu­sion on a list and ques­tions in Ger­man, French and Itali­an.

2For the cases spe­cified in Art­icle 20, the con­tract­ing au­thor­ity may spe­cify the lan­guage or lan­guages of the sub­mis­sions.
