Art. 14 Obligations of PSPs

1 Each PSP must be able to provide the in­form­a­tion spe­cified in Art­icle 20 SPTA and con­duct the types of sur­veil­lance spe­cified in Art­icle 16 in­so­far as the in­form­a­tion and sur­veil­lance activ­it­ies re­late to ser­vices that the PSP provides.

2 Each PSP must en­sure that it can ac­cept and ex­ecute the re­quests for in­form­a­tion and sur­veil­lance or­ders dur­ing nor­mal work­ing hours.
