Art. 32 Term of validity of the confirmation

1 The con­firm­a­tion of abil­ity to provide in­form­a­tion and con­duct sur­veil­lance is val­id for three years.

2 On ex­piry of the term of valid­ity, the PTSS may ex­tend the con­firm­a­tion by a fur­ther three years if the per­son or en­tity re­quired to co­oper­ate cer­ti­fies that since con­firm­a­tion was gran­ted no modi­fic­a­tions have been car­ried out that in­flu­ence data de­liv­ery or the abil­ity to provide in­form­a­tion or con­duct sur­veil­lance.

3 If a pro­vider can no longer provide in­form­a­tion or con­duct sur­veil­lance, it shall no­ti­fy the PTSS im­me­di­ately.
