Art. 36 Information Request Type IR_6_NA: Information on network access services

1 In­form­a­tion Re­quest Type IR_6_NA com­prises the fol­low­ing in­form­a­tion about net­work ac­cess ser­vices. For in­form­a­tion spe­cified in let­ters b, c and e, de­tails of the com­mon peri­od of valid­ity shall be provided:

a.
if avail­able, the unique sub­scriber iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. cus­tom­er num­ber);
b.
the unique ser­vice iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. user name, DSL iden­ti­fi­er);
c.
if ap­plic­able, the IM­SI and MS­ISDN;
d.
the list of unique device iden­ti­fi­ers in ac­cord­ance with in­ter­na­tion­al stand­ards (e.g. IMEI, MAC ad­dress) of the devices used in con­nec­tion with this ser­vice from the pro­vider as well as, if avail­able, their name in text form;
e.
if ap­plic­able, the SIM num­bers (IC­CID);
f.
if ap­plic­able, the PUK and PUK2 codes.

2 The re­quest for in­form­a­tion shall spe­cify the peri­od to which the re­quest relates. It shall con­tain at least one of the fol­low­ing query cri­ter­ia:

a.
the ser­vice iden­ti­fi­er, oth­er than IP ad­dresses (e.g. user name, MS­ISDN, DSL iden­ti­fi­er);
b.
the IM­SI;
c.
the unique device iden­ti­fi­er in ac­cord­ance with in­ter­na­tion­al stand­ards (e.g. IMEI, MAC ad­dress);
d.
the in­stall­a­tion ad­dress of the fixed loc­a­tion ac­cess to the net­work.
