Art. 34 Declaration of invalidity of the confirmation of ability to provide information and conduct surveillance

The PTSS shall im­me­di­ately de­clare a con­firm­a­tion of abil­ity to provide in­form­a­tion and con­duct sur­veil­lance that has already been is­sued to be in­val­id for the rel­ev­ant types of in­form­a­tion or sur­veil­lance if:

a.
the pro­vider gives no­tice that it can no longer provide in­form­a­tion or con­duct sur­veil­lance;
b.
the pro­vider is un­able on two or more oc­ca­sions to de­liv­er data, provide in­form­a­tion or con­duct sur­veil­lance;
c.
the in­form­a­tion on the pro­vider that un­der­lies the con­firm­a­tion is un­true.
