Art. 66 Surveillance Type AS_34: Antenna search

1 Sur­veil­lance Type AS­_34 com­prises the ret­ro­act­ive sur­veil­lance of all com­mu­nic­a­tions, com­mu­nic­a­tion at­tempts and in­stances of net­work ac­cess that have taken place via a spe­cif­ic mo­bile ra­dio cell or a spe­cif­ic pub­lic WLAN ac­cess point over a peri­od of up to two hours.20

2 The TSP shall sup­ply the sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data res­ult­ing from para­graph 1 re­lat­ing to pre­vi­ous tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions traffic in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 60 and 61.
