¹ TSPs, PDC­Ss with more ex­tens­ive du­ties to provide in­form­a­tion in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 22, PDC­Ss with more ex­tens­ive sur­veil­lance du­ties in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 52 and re­tail­ers in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 2 let­ter f SPTA must en­sure that sub­scribers are iden­ti­fied by suit­able means.

² In the case of pro­fes­sion­ally op­er­ated pub­lic WLAN ac­cess points²¹, TSPs must en­sure that all end users are iden­ti­fied by suit­able means.
