(SPTO)

¹ When sup­ply­ing the means of ac­cess to mo­bile ser­vices or on the ini­tial ac­tiv­a­tion of such ser­vices, the TSP must veri­fy the proof of iden­tity in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 20a and 20b.

² This ob­lig­a­tion ap­plies to the re­tail­er in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 2 let­ter f SPTA and not the TSP, if the means of ac­cess is sup­plied or the ser­vices are ini­tially ac­tiv­ated dir­ectly by the re­tail­er.

³ The TSP shall veri­fy in an ap­pro­pri­ate man­ner the due re­gis­tra­tion and iden­ti­fic­a­tion of the sub­scriber by the re­tail­er and that the TSP has re­ceived the in­form­a­tion and the copy of the iden­tity doc­u­ment.
