on the Surveillance of Post and Telecommunications
(SPTO)

¹ In the case of leg­al en­tit­ies, the fol­low­ing data must be re­cor­ded and veri­fied based on suit­able proof:

a.

the name, re­gistered of­fice and con­tact data of the leg­al en­tity;

b.

the unique busi­ness iden­ti­fic­a­tion num­ber (UID) in ac­cord­ance with the Fed­er­al Act of 18 June 2010²⁶ on the Busi­ness Iden­ti­fic­a­tion Num­ber or the in­ter­na­tion­al leg­al en­tity iden­ti­fi­er (LEI) of the leg­al en­tity;

c.

if avail­able, the names and fore­names of the per­sons who will use the pro­vider’s ser­vices.

² Re­tail­ers shall sup­ply the in­form­a­tion to the TSP with­in 3 days of re­cord­ing the data.
