Art. 37 Information Request Type IR_7_IP: Identification of the users in the case of uniquely assigned IP addresses

1 In­form­a­tion Re­quest Type IR_7_IP com­prises the fol­low­ing data for the pur­pose of iden­ti­fic­a­tion if a unique IP ad­dress was not as­signed:49

a.
if avail­able, the unique sub­scriber iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. user name);
b.50
the unique ser­vice iden­ti­fi­er (e.g. user name, MS­ISDN, GP­SI) of the net­work ac­cess ser­vice or an iden­ti­fi­er that en­ables a re­quest for the iden­ti­fic­a­tion data in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 19 para­graph 2 to be made;
c.
the unique iden­ti­fi­er that in­dic­ates the pro­vider of the net­work ac­cess ser­vice (e.g. TSP num­ber).


2 The re­quest for in­form­a­tion shall con­tain the fol­low­ing in­form­a­tion:

a.
the IP ad­dress;
b.
the date and time.
