Art. 55 Surveillance Type RT_23_NA_CC_IRI: Real-time monitoring of content and secondary telecommunications data in the case of network access services

Sur­veil­lance Type RT_23_N­A_C­C_IRI in­volves the real-time sur­veil­lance of a net­work ac­cess ser­vice. The con­tent of the tele­com­mu­nic­a­tion sent or re­ceived via the net­work ac­cess ser­vice un­der sur­veil­lance, and the re­lated sec­ond­ary tele­com­mu­nic­a­tions data in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 54 para­graphs 2 and 3 must be trans­mit­ted in real time.
