Art. 29 Notification

If the CD al­lows a Swiss na­tion­al liv­ing abroad to re­turn to Switzer­land at the ex­pense of the Con­fed­er­a­tion, it shall no­ti­fy the com­pet­ent can­ton­al au­thor­it­ies.
