Art. 33 Involvement of representations

(Art. 32 SAA)

1 The rep­res­ent­a­tions shall draw the ap­plic­ant’s at­ten­tion to their rights and ob­lig­a­tions.

2 They shall provide ap­plic­ants with ad­vice and sup­port where ne­ces­sary and feas­ible.
