Art. 39 Repayment obligation

(Art. 35 SAA)

Be­ne­fits must be re­paid in the fol­low­ing cur­ren­cies:

a.
if the per­son is res­id­ent abroad at the time of the re­pay­ment: in the cur­rency of the re­ceiv­ing state;
b.
if the per­son is res­id­ent in Switzer­land at the time of the re­pay­ment: in Swiss francs, con­ver­ted at the ex­change rate on the date of pay­ment of the be­ne­fit.
