Art. 65 Payment and repayment

1 Emer­gency loans are paid out in the loc­al cur­rency.

2 When loans are paid out, ap­plic­ants must sign a com­mit­ment to pay back the loan with­in 60 days.

3 The amount due must be paid back in Swiss francs; the ex­change rate on the date of pay­ment of the loan ap­plies.
