Art. 39

1 The Fed­er­al Ad­min­is­tra­tion sep­ar­ately iden­ti­fies fund­ing for over­heads for meas­ures un­der Art­icle 16 para­graph 2 let­ters c and d RI­PA in its de­cision-mak­ing.35

2 For the cal­cu­la­tion of fund­ing for over­heads, the highest ap­plic­able amount shall be the SNSF fund­ing for over­heads de­term­ined by Par­lia­ment.

3 Fund­ing for over­heads is paid at the same time as fund­ing for dir­ect re­search costs.
