¹ After com­ple­tion of the pub­lic in­spec­tion pro­ced­ure and after first in­stance ob­jec­tions have been dealt with, the com­pet­ent can­ton­al au­thor­ity shall ap­prove the ca­das­tral sur­vey data, the ex­tracts de­rived from them and, in par­tic­u­lar, the land re­gister plan, ir­re­spect­ive of any dis­putes yet to be re­solved by court ac­tion, provided that the data meet the tech­nic­al and qual­ity re­quire­ments un­der fed­er­al law.⁴⁷

² This ap­prov­al con­fers the pro­bat­ive value of of­fi­cial pub­lic doc­u­ments on the ca­das­tral sur­vey work.
