Art. 30 Recognition by the Confederation 48

1 The Fed­er­al Dir­ect­or­ate of Ca­das­tral Sur­vey­ing shall re­cog­nise the ca­das­tral sur­vey if:

a.
its form­al ex­am­in­a­tion has shown that the data meet the re­quire­ments of fed­er­al law; and
b.
the sur­vey­ing work has been ap­proved by the can­ton.

2 It shall spe­cify the doc­u­ments to be sub­mit­ted by the com­pet­ent can­ton­al au­thor­ity.
