Art. 21

Each au­thor­ity shall in­form the Com­mis­sion­er, on an an­nu­al basis, of:

a.
the num­ber of ap­plic­a­tions for ac­cess filed dur­ing the re­port­ing year;
b.
the num­ber of such ap­plic­a­tions gran­ted, re­fused or partly re­fused;
c.
the total amount of fees charged for ac­cess to pub­lic doc­u­ments sought un­der the Free­dom of In­form­a­tion Act.
