(Art. 17 para. 2 FoIA)

¹ If the pro­cessing of an ap­plic­a­tion for ac­cess by the au­thor­ity re­quires more than 8 hours’ work, a fee may be charged. The fee shall be cal­cu­lated based on the num­ber of hours worked in ex­cess of 8 hours.
