¹ The sched­ule of fees is set out in An­nex 1.

² On in­form­ing the ap­plic­ant that it is in­ten­ded to charge a fee, the au­thor­ity shall al­low the ap­plic­ant 10 days with­in which to con­firm that ap­plic­a­tion for ac­cess. If no con­firm­a­tion is re­ceived, the ap­plic­a­tion shall be deemed to be with­drawn. The au­thor­ity shall in­form the ap­plic­ant ac­cord­ingly.²⁷
