Art. 17 Processing of official documents

(Art. 21 let. a FoIA)

The pro­cessing of of­fi­cial doc­u­ments, and in par­tic­u­lar their re­gis­tra­tion, is gov­erned by Art­icle 22 of the Gov­ern­ment and the Ad­min­is­tra­tion Or­gan­isa­tion Or­din­ance of 25 Novem­ber 199828, as well as by the pro­vi­sions en­acted by the com­pet­ent de­part­ment in ap­plic­a­tion of the fed­er­al le­gis­la­tion gov­ern­ing the archiv­ing of doc­u­ments.
