(Art. 21 let. c FoIA)

The com­pet­ent au­thor­ity shall pub­lish im­port­ant of­fi­cial doc­u­ments on the In­ter­net as soon as pos­sible, where:

a.

this does not give rise to ex­cess­ive costs; and

b.

pub­lic­a­tion on the In­ter­net does not con­flict with any stat­utory pro­vi­sions.
