Art. 21 Note of objection

(Art. 15 para. 3 ArchA)

1 If a con­cerned per­son be­comes aware that archived doc­u­ments con­tain in­form­a­tion about him or her which he or she con­siders in­cor­rect, he or she may have this noted but may not cor­rect the data.

2 The note of ob­jec­tion must be sub­mit­ted in writ­ing to the body where the con­sulta­tion of the doc­u­ments took place. It must be marked as an ob­jec­tion with the place, date and sig­na­ture of the per­son con­cerned.

3 The note of ob­jec­tion shall be ad­ded to the doc­u­ments at the ap­pro­pri­ate point.
