Art. 23 Commercial use of archive records by the Federal Archives

(Art. 19 ArchA)

The Fed­er­al Archives may use archive re­cords for com­mer­cial pur­poses if this does not im­pede the sov­er­eign busi­ness of state, if third parties are not thereby wrong­fully dis­ad­vant­aged in their busi­ness activ­it­ies and if the com­mer­cial use is not op­posed by copy­right.
