Art. 11c Restriction of authorisation to particular uses 82

The No­ti­fic­a­tion Au­thor­ity shall only au­thor­ise a biocid­al product for those uses for which the in­form­a­tion re­quired in ac­cord­ance with An­nex 5 is avail­able.
